Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)We are currently seeking a dependable Extruder Operator to join a rubber manufacturing team in Winston-Salem.Job Overview:The Extruder Operator will operate and maintain machinery used in the extrusion process. This process involves shaping materials into products such as wires, tubes, hoses, and bars.Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
- Maintain and adjust equipment to ensure quality production
- Read and follow work orders and production specifications
- Use hand tools as needed during production
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
- Able to work in varying temperatures, including hot conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
